Constructed from cast iron, the D1VW004CNJW valve features a three-position spool, spring offset in position 0, and operated in position a or b. This spool code 004 valve ensures smooth operation, courtesy of its optional soft shift option and an additional orifice in the solenoid anchor that dampens shifting time. The valve is actuated via a standard solenoid, requiring an input voltage of 24 VDC.
This valve offers a direct operation type, unrestricted mounting position, and a connector as per EN 175301-803. Preferably mounted horizontally, it's designed for subplate mounting, and it's suitable for hydraulic oil according to DIN 51524. It is able to operate within a wide temperature range from -25 °C to 60 °C and is sealed with NBR for optimal performance.
