Return of Goods

Returns of goods must be agreed upon with Partech in advance. If you wish to return goods, a written request must be sent to salg@partech.no.

Returned goods must:
  • Be unused and undamaged
  • Be in the original packaging
If the return is approved, Partech will send a return document that must accompany the returned item(s). Once the goods are received and inspected, the item(s) will be credited. Shipping and return costs will not be credited.
